Guesthouse & rooms

• Check-out time is 10am, check-in from 1pm onwards

• Late check-in (after 8pm) only possible after consultation with our management

• Breakfast is served between 7am and 9.30am. Early departure? Make a special request the day before

• Our guests come for relaxation, so kindly observe silence between 9pm and 7am

• Kindly follow the parking instructions from our guards

• You can leave your luggage at the reception if you still want to enjoy our restaurant or terrace after check-out

• All guests are expected to behave with discretion and respect towards hotel staff, the environment and fellow guests

• All rooms are strictly non-smoking. We do accept smokers, you will just need to smoke outside at an appropriate distance from other guests and the rooms

• You are only allowed to bring pets after consultation with - and permission from - the management

• The rooms and room verandas are only accessible for residents

• Kindly keep the compound clean and use trash bins to put your waste. We actively discourage the presence of plastics on our compound

• Please switch off the lights and electricity shower when you leave the room or when you go to sleep

• Bringing food or drinks from outside is not allowed. A corkage fee will be charged

• The rooms are equipped with mosquito nets and extra warm blankets

• Though we put high emphasis on security, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of private belongings

Cleaning

• We clean rooms every day. If your room does not need to be cleaned every day, please communicate with the management

• If you want to make use of our laundry service, please leave the laundry on your veranda. Just washing is 1000UGX per item. Washing + ironing is 2000UGX per item

Booking & payment conditions

• Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the check-in date/time. Kindly give us as much notice as you can if you have to cancel your booking

• We accept payments: 1) via our trusted Tab Travel credit card system, 2) on our UGX or USD bank account, 3) in cash UGX or 4) via Mobile Money (MTN). Please mind we do not accept US Dollar or Euro notes.

• Deposits (minimum of 50%) are required on group, long-stay and tour operator bookings two weeks prior to the check-in date
